Comprehensive 90-minute psychiatric evaluation with treatment planning.

60-minute follow-up appointment for ongoing medication management and support.

30-minute follow-up appointment for brief check-ins and medication adjustments.
Insurance and Good Faith Estimates
We are an out-of-network provider. Superbills provided for PPO reimbursement. Good Faith Estimates available upon request.
